Keith is the Managing Director and public face of Amicus having founded Capital Bridging Finance Limited (now known as Amicus) in 2009. He has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, both as a broker and a lender. Keith also serves on the Amicus Group executive team. Respected for his natural ability to forge successful business relationships, he prides himself on being very approachable, and on the end of his phone 24/7.

Simon joined Amicus in December 2015. Simon is an experienced lender in the property world, with over 15 years of involvement in the sector, having previously spent five years at short-term lender Commercial Acceptances. Other previous experience includes the UBS Wealth Management HNW mortgage division and ten years with Investec Private Bank. Simon has a wealth of experience in all aspects of property finance including legal and complex lending structures.

Nigel joined Amicus as Business Development Director in early 2016. He has a wealth of property lending experience having been in the business for over 30 years. Before joining Amicus, Nigel was a director of bridging lender, Fincorp, for 13 years. Prior to this Nigel was the Head of Lending and Director at the City bank, Wintrust Securities Limited.

Philip joined Amicus in February 2011. He spent over 10 years as an underwriter in the non-conforming and conforming mortgage lending markets, both in an office-based environment and as a roving residential mortgage underwriter, visiting various brokers across the South-East of the UK.
