Objective

To provide a 49% aggregate loan secured against two separate properties to enable our client complete on a £400k+ property won at auction, after being let down by another lender.

Challenge

With only 16 days to complete, it was vital that all parties work together to get it done. In this case there were six interested parties (stakeholders), all with their own processes to follow. Pro-active communication on everybody’s part was absolutely key to successful completion.

Outcome

A very satisfied client (a first-time buyer at auction) completed on time in 14 days. After being let down by another lender, the client was very grateful for the way Amicus and its partners got him into his new home.

Objective

A 70% LTV loan was required at £138k on £198K to complete an auction sale for an experienced landlord.

Challenge

Due to illness in the family we had to wait for one of the clients to return from overseas before we could arrange the client meeting. Because of this delay it was essential for the broker to package the case properly. When the application came through, all the required documentation was available.
